REFUND & RETURN POLICY – HAZTECH KOMPUTER

Haztech Komputer aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

RETURN PERIOD

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the product is received.

Requests made after the return period may not be accepted unless covered under warranty or special circumstances.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Products that show signs of physical damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation may not be eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including used products, software or digital products, custom-built PC sets, and clearance or promotional items.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers should contact Haztech Komputer as soon as possible. Our team will assist in troubleshooting, replacement, or warranty claims depending on the situation.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
